Bank of Franklin is committed to protecting the privacy and security of information provided through our mobile banking services. Information We Collect and Use
When you use the Bank of Franklin mobile application, we may collect or access information necessary to provide mobile banking services, including:

- Location information when you enable location services
- Information accessed through device features, such as biometric authentication features

Deleting the App from your mobile device does not by itself close your Bank of Franklin account or request deletion of information maintained by the bank.

The App is not directed to children under the age of 18, except as permitted by applicable law and Bank of Franklin’s policies.
