• Early March Your new Bank of Franklin MasterCard® debit card should arrive. Please activate your card and set your PIN for future use. If you do not receive your card by March 20, contact Bank of Franklin at 601.384.2305 to have one printed locally or sent to you.

Online and Mobile Banking
BANK OF FRANKLIN ONLINE, MOBILE BANKING & BILL PAY AVAILABLE ON MARCH 23, 2026
BankPlus Online Banking will become unavailable at 7 p.m. on Friday, March 20. Bank of Franklin Online Banking and Mobile App will be available at 9 a.m. on March 23. Usernames in the Bank of Franklin applications will be the same as in the BankPlus applications and the initial password will be the last 4 digits of TIN/SSN and must be changed at first login.
All payments scheduled through Sunday, March 22, will process through the current BankPlus Bill Pay system. If a payment has been scheduled for March 23 and beyond, Bank of Franklin will be processing the payment. On March 23, we do recommend you log into Bank of Franklin Online Banking and validate that scheduled payments are pending within the Bank of Franklin Bill Pay system.

Will my scheduled recurring payments remain active with my new Bank of Franklin MasterCard® debit card?
No. Any scheduled recurring payments set up with your BankPlus debit card will need to be updated with your new Bank of Franklin MasterCard® debit card on or after March 20.

Yes. BankPlus ATMs will no longer accept ATM deposits as of 5 pm on March 20, 2025.

Yes, Bank of Franklin offers online banking. If you’re a current BankPlus online banking user, use your same username to access Bank of Franklin Online Banking. Your password will be the last four digits of your Social Security number and must be changed on first login.

Yes. Your current bill pay vendors will transition to the Bank of Franklin Bill Pay system.
Will the bill payments I have set up automatically process over the transition weekend?
All payments scheduled through Sunday, March 22 will process through the current BankPlus Bill Pay system. If a payment has been scheduled for March 23 and beyond, Bank of Franklin will process the payment. On March 23, we recommend you log into Bank of Franklin Online Banking and validate that scheduled payments are pending within the Bank of Franklin Bill Pay system.
Will I still be able to use Zelle after the conversion?
Zelle will be offered through the Bank of Franklin Mobile Banking app only beginning in early April 2026. To use Zelle after the system conversion, you will need to re-enroll within the app. Please note that your Zelle history and contacts will not transfer, so consider saving this information before the conversion.
Will there be any disruption of mobile banking services?
Yes. The BankPlus app will become unavailable at 8 p.m. on March 20. To access your Bank of Franklin account via the mobile app, you will need to download the Bank of Franklin Mobile Banking app and register for access.

Can I still make mobile deposits?
You may continue to make mobile deposits through your BankPlus app until COB on March 20. Once you have access to the Bank of Franklin Online Banking system and Mobile Banking app, you will have the ability to make mobile deposits to Bank of Franklin.
DEPOSITS
What will happen to my direct deposit of payroll or Social Security payments coming into my account?
There will not be any disruption of direct deposits into your new Bank of Franklin account(s). Your account numbers will remain the same, however, you will have to change the routing number on any payroll or Social Security payments to 065304327 within 60 days to continue to receive them.
Are my deposits with Bank of Franklin FDIC insured?
Yes. There are no changes in FDIC coverage.

AUTOMATIC DEDUCTIONS
Will Bank of Franklin continue to automatically deduct payments, bills and external loan payments from my account?
If the automatic payment was set up through ACH or direct transfer, then it will continue to be processed without any additional action. If the payment was set up using a debit card, you will need to reestablish the payment with your Bank of Franklin MasterCard® debit card after the completion of the system conversion on March 23.
CREDIT CARDS
Can I use my BankPlus credit card?
Yes. You may continue to use your BankPlus credit card after conversion.

STATEMENTS
Will I receive a final BankPlus statement?
Yes. Your final BankPlus statement will be processed end of day Friday, March 20.
Will there be any changes in the delivery of my account statement?
Yes. The schedule of when you receive your account statement may change. Your first Bank of Franklin statement will be processed on March 31. Thereafter, all statements will be processed on the last day of the month.
IRA
Will my IRA account change?
No. The terms of your IRA will remain the same.
BRANCHES
When can I start using Bank of Franklin branches?
Please continue to only use BankPlus branches through close of business Friday, March 20. At that time the BankPlus McComb branch will close permanently. On Monday, March 23, you will find your familiar, former BankPlus, staff members at Bank of Franklin's new state-of-the-art, building at 511 Apache Drive, McComb, MS 39648.
Will the business hours at my branch change?
Yes. Hours of operation at Bank of Franklin branches are Mon - Thu, 9 am - 4:30 pm, Fri 9 am - 5:30 pm.

Can I use my current checks or deposit slips?
Your BankPlus checks will continue to process for up to 60 days after the conversion. However, pre-printed BankPlus deposit slips will not be accepted at Bank of Franklin locations. Please contact Bank of Franklin at (601)384-2305 to order your new Bank of Franklin checks.
LOANS
Are there any changes to the terms of my loan(s)?
No. The terms of your loan(s) will remain the same.
How do I make loan payments?
Loan payments can be made to Bank of Franklin on or after March 23, in the following ways: at a branch, online or via telephone at 1-601-384-2305.

SAFE DEPOSIT BOX
Will I still have access to my safe deposit box?
